How to make a Fried Rice (Nasi goreng)

Who doesn't know fried rice??
I'm sure everyone know fried rice is. It is easy to make it and simple preparation. Okay I won't wasting my word anymore...

First step is prepare the ingredients :
  1. A plate of rice
  2. 2 tablespoon of soysauce
  3. a little of salt
  4. 7 pieces of red onion
  5. 4 pieces of garlic
  6. 3 pieces of chili (if you like)
  7. 1 tablespoon of oil
okay then, now let's cooking!!
1.  blend red onion, garlic, chilies, and salt and pour a 3tablespoon of water into it.
2. pour oil into the frying pan, wait until the oil is getting hot (set the heat is medium)
3. pour the ingredient that we blended before (red onion, garlic, chilies and salt), stir-fry until we can smell it
4. after that put the rice and stir-fry until blended with the ingredients.
5. pour the soy sauce ( if you think that's not enough, you can add it again), stir fry until blended with the whole rice.
6. Try the taste, you can add salt, or sugar, or anything else until you can find the matched taste.
7. reduce the heat stove, wait for a while and you stir again.
8. lift it and put into the plate.

So, this is it. the simple fried rice. you can add an egg to make a rich taste.
